We have years of experience studying floor plans, researching new styles and uncovering the latest building trends. Edition Homes was founded by Bryan Elms who studied under the uber-talented Brad Gerszt. For ten years Bryan and Brad partnered to build amazing homes throughout Los Angeles.

While we lost Brad way too soon in this life, Bryan continues designing and building quality homes with the same attention to detail he learned over the last decade from working closely with one of the best in the industry. Every Edition Home is well planned out with the utmost attention to detail. Because of this, we only take on one project at a time, ensuring all of our energy, resources and focus goes into producing each outstanding new home that we are proud to call another Edition Home.
